How Do I Place An Order?
STEP 1.
From the menu bar hover over the category or collection that you interested in.
Click on the product that you desire.
1. Choose the size of the product.
2. You can also change the colour of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
3. Click “ADD TO CART” button below the product.
4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.
You can also add the product you are interested into the "Wish list" and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered member for the product to be permanently saved on the list).
To view the wish list, log in to queenbae.erch.com by entering your username and password, then click on "Your Account" button on the menu on the top left-hand corner. In the next step, select "WISH LIST" and then "Saved" from the tabs of the left.
STEP 2
In the shopping cart’s preview, you can see the list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
If you have a promo code, click on the “PROMO CODE” button on the left and a box will pop up. Enter your promo code in the box and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart.
To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
STEP 3
Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please enter your NIP number (Tax Identification Number). Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.
After you choose your preferred payment method (Paypal), agree to have your personal data processed and agree to the terms and conditions, please click on the “Order and pay” button.
Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email.
Payment & Shipping Policy
100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Standard shipping to the USA is 100% free and is between 3-7 business days.
Queenbae Merch does ship internationally with a few exceptions depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the item(s), please contact us and return within 14 days of receipt. REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 days of receipt.
You can return any goods, for any reason, within 14 days for an exchange.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns of earrings or pierced goods, swimwear or undergarments. This is for hygiene reasons. We cannot and DO NOT accept any items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.
Please Note: We ask that you contact us by email: info@queenbaemerch.com to receive a returns authorization number. Goods will not be accepted without a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items must be returned in a package to prevent damage to the goods and we advise that you send this by signed for/tracked delivery at your own cost.
*Returns are applicable only for USA orders. International orders are final sale. Please email info@queenbaemerch.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to info@queenbaemerch.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time!
If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund. Please email us at info@queenbaemerch.com if you’re in this situation.
